Scuderia del Portello took part in the 2018 edition of the Mille Miglia (16/19 May) with three crews: Matteo Pellegrini and Elena Porta with an Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint (1956); Jean-Luc Papaux and Jacques Sandoz with an Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider Sebring (1956); Antonio Carrisi and Mario Cajani with an Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint Veloce (1957).

All the crews of the Scuderia arrived at the finish line; they participated in the regularity race together with the official sponsor, Alfa Romeo, who among its drivers had celebrities such as  the Italian singer Piero Pelù, Derek Hill (the son of Phil, the well-known Formula 1 champion), and Pier Barryman (Coldplay’s bass guitarist).
