Scuderia del Portello will be an important protagonist at the first edition of the Motor Legend Festival which will take place in Imola at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari from April 20 to April 22, 2018.

The event will have as testimonials the champions Arturo Merzario, Giacomo Agostini and Riccardo Patrese, but also other glories from the motorsport history will be there – such as Jacky Ickx, Mauro Forghieri, Gian Luigi Picchi, Miki Biasion and Nanni Galli.

For this exceptional international kermesse dedicated to the historic cars and to the motorsport history, Scuderia del Portello organizes three magnificent initiatives.

TheTrofeo Alfa Romeo Young Timer, which will be given to the class winners with Alfa Romeo cars within the grid of the Young Timer Touring Cars Trophy – a race dedicated to the Tourism, GT/GTS and Group E1 Italia of every brand, built from 1982 to 2002.

The first edition of the Motor Legend Festival will host the beginning of a new project named “Museo Dinamico Alfa Romeo storiche da competizione Scuderia del Portello” (Scuderia del Portello’s Dynamic Museum of historic racing cars), an itinerant museum made up of the most prestigious cars which have made the history of this brand in the races, cars put at disposal by the owners and by a few Members of the Scuderia Portello.

The dynamic show’s title will be a tribute to Teodoro Zeccoli, who recently passed away, and will also celebrate the 55^ anniversary of Autodelta.

In turns/laps of prove libere lasting 20 minutes, in addition to the “Tipo 33” prototypes belonging to the Scuderia del Portello (among which the actual 33/2 with which Zeccoli won in Fléron in 1967) and to the Museo Storico Alfa Romeo, the track will be open, with an entry fee, to cars such as GTA, GTAM, GT, SZ, TZ, TZ2, Giulia TI Super, Alfette GTV, and so on (info@scuderiadelportello.org).

Last but not least, Scuderia del Portello will give the Trofeo Alfa Classic to the first Alfa Romeo which will arrive at the finish line in the races organized by FIA MASTERS and reserved to the historic Tourism and Gran Tourism cars before 1966.
