Zandvoort, 24-25 August 2019

Scuderia del Portello was a protagonist on the Zandvoort race track (The Netherlands)  during the yearly “Spettacolo Sportivo Alfa Romeo” organized by the Dutch club S.C.A.R.B., Stichting Club van Alfa Romeo Bezitters, which this year celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Zagato brand.

Among the thousands Alfa Romeo cars coming from all around the world, the Museo Dinamico Alfa Romeo storiche da competizione and the Scuderia del Portello sezione Benelux (around 20 gentlemen drivers) participated with around thirty cars, among which – just to mention a few – the single-seater cars of the “Trofeo Formula Alfa 2019”, the Giulietta TZ and TZ2, the F1 De Tomaso Alfa Romeo, the F1 183T “Benetton”, the 1900 TI which took part in the Carrera Panamericana (Mexico) in 1954, the 1900 Corto Gara, a Lucchini prototype and many more – GT, GTA, GTAm, GTV and Giulia cars.

In the “Trofeo Squadra Italia” race participated a few “youngtimer” cars such as the Alfa Romeo 75, 155, 146 and 145 (which this year celebrates its 25th anniversary).

Exceptional guests: the Alfetta 158 F1 World Champion in 1952, coming from the Museo dell’Automobile of Turin, and Ercole Spada, the designer who is famous for the Alfa Romeo cars – but not only for the cars of this brand – which have a Zagato bodywork.
